A French launch with media on court
On Friday 2 October 2026, the Club Med Padel Tour began its French itinerary at 4PADEL Boulogne-Billancourt. Media were invited to a tournament that let them discover the event with a racket in hand. The day combined a presentation of the project, play and encounters with the teams and partners.
The media gathering accompanied the first French amateur stop, listed by the club for 5.30pm. Images from the day show participants around the courts and reception areas, in a setting prepared especially for the Tour.

Padel+ Agency transformed the venue’s shared spaces with a beach hut, palm trees and deckchairs. These are familiar elements of the Club Med world: somewhere to sit, greenery and a meeting point that keeps conversations going after a game.
Beneath the natural-material roof, guests chatted close to the courts. The installation helped shape how people moved around and spent time at the venue. The screenshots show a carefully considered welcome, with attention given to the intervals between matches.

Stéphane Maquaire and Éric Babolat attend
Éric Babolat and Stéphane Maquaire, Club Med’s president and CEO, attended the launch. Their presence brought together the two brands behind the circuit: Club Med as the project owner and Babolat as its equipment partner.
The partnership has a tangible expression here. Rackets, clothing and signage belong to the same event, while the media tournament gives guests shared ground. The project can be introduced through participation as well as through its announcement.

Robin Haziza, Charlotte Bunel and Loïs Peaudeau were among the Padel+ Agency team behind the setup. The agency organises the Club Med Padel Tour and had described months of preparation with Club Med’s teams before this first French date.
The visible success in Boulogne comes from the coherence of the setting. Reception, seating areas, branded materials and courts all belong to the same occasion. The complex retains its sporting character while hosting a Club Med atmosphere that is easy to recognise.

An identity carried through the details
The illuminated sign, Tour T-shirts, deckchairs and branded elements give continuity to the day’s images. Even a close-up of a racket or the back of a participant keeps the event in view.
This is a strength of the opening stop: photographs and videos have several subjects within one venue. They can show play, conversations, staging or partners while retaining the Tour’s identity. The result provides a well-considered visual record that extends beyond the awards ceremony.

Boulogne is the first French stop, rather than the first date of the international circuit: events had already taken place in Belgium. In France, the schedule continues with Rennes on 22 October and Toulouse on 29 October, followed by further dates in November and December.
The itinerary is due to lead to an international final at Club Med Magna Marbella in March 2027. For now, the launch stands out for the quality of its organisation and welcome. A strong French opening for Robin Haziza, Charlotte Bunel, Loïs Peaudeau and the teams involved in Boulogne.

The success of this opening date lies in the details: somewhere to play, and somewhere to gather between matches.
